In strict compliance with the provisions of Article 16, paragraph I, of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, LFPDPPP), you are informed that the person responsible for the processing of your data is Nómadas Imaginarios SAS de CV, (hereinafter “NIM”, “we”, the “Firm”), with fiscal address at 31 Illinois Street, interior 302, Ampliación Nápoles, Benito Juárez, C.P. 03840, Mexico City.
Nómadas Imaginarios SAS de CV is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of the information entrusted to it. As part of this fundamental obligation, NIM undertakes to protect and appropriately use personal information or personal data of: a) identification; b) location; c) contact; d) labor; e) academic, and f) sensitive personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) that is collected through its websites and/or is voluntarily provided by visitors to our websites (hereinafter the “Users”, “you”).
We obtain Personal Data about Users when they choose to provide it, for example, to contact mailboxes or to register for certain services. By registering and/or submitting Personal Data on our websites, you also agree to the use of this information per this Privacy Notice. Your Data is not used for other purposes unless we obtain your consent, or unless required or permitted by applicable law and/or regulations. For example, if you send us an email requesting information about NIM, we will use your email address and other information you provide to respond to your request, per the principles and in terms of the provisions of the LFPDPPP, its Regulations, and the applicable legislation on the matter.
NIM only collects sensitive Personal Data when the relevant persons voluntarily provide us with this information, or when such information is required or permitted by applicable law and/or regulations, to be collected. Sensitive information includes PII about racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, union membership, religious, philosophical, or similar beliefs, present and future physical or mental health, genetic information, sexual life, or criminal history.
Please use discretion when providing sensitive Personal Data to NIM, and under no circumstances provide Personal Data to NIM unless you consent to the use of such information for its legitimate business purposes, and consent to the storage of such information in NIM's databases. In terms of the provisions of Article 16, section II, of the LFPDPP, we inform you that, generally, we intend to collect only Personal Data that is voluntarily provided by Users, so that we can offer information and/or services to those Users:

NIM generally collects only the Personal Data necessary to fulfill the User's request. When Personal Data is additionally requested, you will be notified at the time of collection through the corresponding Privacy Notice.
In some cases, NIM automatically collects certain types of information when you visit our websites and through emails, we may exchange. Automated technologies may include the use of web server logs to collect IP addresses, cookies, and web beacons. Collecting this information will allow us to better understand and improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of NIM websites and measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
An IP address is a number assigned to your computer each time you access the Internet. It allows computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. The IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be logged for computer security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to conduct website performance and trend analysis.
A “cookie” is a small piece of text that a website places in your browser's cookie file and allows the site to remember who you are. NIM only uses cookies based on the LFPDPPP under article 14 of the LFPDPPP Regulations and other applicable regulations.
Cookies alone do not tell us your email address or provide additional information that would otherwise allow you to be personally identified.
If you visit a NIM website, we use cookies to compile aggregate statistics to help us determine which areas of the site Users prefer.
If you subsequently register on a NIM website, this information may be linked to a cookie in order to improve and personalize your online experience (for example, welcoming you when you return or providing you with access to your registration information).
You have the option to decide whether or not to accept cookies. You can set your computer to notify you when you receive a cookie or to reject such cookies. However, please note that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to fully experience some of the features of our website.
That is, if you want to prevent cookies from tracking you as you navigate our sites, you can reset your browser to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
A “web beacon” is a small image file on a web page that can be used to collect certain information from your computer, such as an IP address, the time the content was viewed, a browser type, and the existence of cookies previously set by the same server. NIM only uses “web beacons” under the LFPDPPP, its Regulations, and other applicable laws.
NIM or its service providers may use “web beacons” to track the effectiveness of third-party websites that provide us with recruiting or marketing services or to compile aggregate visitor statistics and manage “cookies.”
You have the option to make some web beacons unusable by rejecting their associated cookies. The web beacon can still record an anonymous visit from your IP address, but cookie information will not be recorded.
In some of our newsletters and other communications, we may confirm a recipient's email address through links embedded within messages. We collect this information to gauge user interest and improve future user experiences.
NIM understands the importance of protecting the privacy of minors, especially in an online environment. In particular, our sites are not intentionally designed for or directed to children under 13 (thirteen) years of age. Our policy as a Firm is to never collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13 (thirteen), except as part of a contract to provide professional services.
You have several choices regarding your use of our sites. Generally, you are not required to submit or submit any personal data when you visit our websites, but NIM may require that you provide certain personal data so that you can receive additional information about our services and events. Some websites may also ask your permission for certain uses of your data, and you can decline such uses. In compliance with the provisions of article 16, section V, of the LFPDPPP, we do not share Personal Data with third parties or affiliates, except when necessary for our legitimate professional and business needs, to carry out your requests, and/or as required or permitted by law or professional standards.
In particular, NIM may transfer your Data: a) with competent authorities; b) affiliated companies or subsidiaries of NIM; c) third parties or suppliers of products or services with whom NIM has entered into a respective contract to ensure and protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data
The foregoing, to comply with the various obligations derived from the use of this website, without prejudice to the exceptions indicated by Mexican legislation, including the LFPDPPP and its Regulations, as well as other current and applicable legislation.
In some cases, NIM may also share Personal Data about you with third party companies, service providers, or vendors who work on our behalf to help fulfill your requests. These transfers will be notified in each of the Privacy Notices applicable to the case and the treatment in question.
Additionally, NIM may transfer certain Personal Data across geographic borders to other NIM Member Firms or outside companies working with us or on our behalf. NIM may also store Personal Data in a jurisdiction other than where you are based. By providing Personal Data on NIM websites, visitors consent to this transfer and/or storage of their data across borders.
NIM may also disclose Personal Data in connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of the business of the site to which the data relates, to respond to requests from government agencies or other authorities or when required to do so by applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations. These data communications may also be necessary for data privacy or security audits and/or to investigate or respond to a security complaint or threat. NIM does not market PII to third parties. Furthermore, NIM will not transfer the Personal Data you provide to third parties for their direct marketing use.
NIM uses appropriate physical, technological, and administrative procedures to protect your Personal Data, which is kept in controlled databases with limited access.
NIM has reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect Personal Data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. However, despite NIM's best efforts, security cannot be guaranteed against all threats. To the best of our ability, access to your Personal Data is limited to those who need to know. Individuals who have access to the data or Personal Data are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We also make reasonable efforts to retain Personal Data only for as long as the information is necessary to fulfill individual requests or until Users request that the information be deleted.
Please note that NIM websites may contain links or links to other sites, including those maintained by other NIM Member Firms that are not governed by this Privacy Notice, but by other Privacy Notices that may differ slightly. At any time, as the owner of the Personal Data, you may exercise your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Opposition (ARCO Rights) regarding the processing of your Personal Data, either by yourself or through your legal representative. In terms of the provisions of articles 16, section III, and 8, last paragraph, of the LFPDPPP, in addition to the mechanisms previously indicated regarding the disabling of certain tools while you browse our websites, you may choose at any time, during the processing of your PII, to express your intention to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data. Likewise, you may revoke your consent regarding the processing of your Personal Data, unless it is required to continue with the processing by compliance with a legal obligation imposed on NIM in its capacity as data controller, or when consent is not required in terms of the provisions of articles 10 and 37 of the LFPDPPP.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 16, section VI, of the LFPDPPP, if there is any change in this Privacy Notice, NIM in Mexico will make it public knowledge through its official Privacy site so that you, as the owner of the PII or Personal Data, take the corresponding measures to safeguard your rights. In such case, we will indicate the date on which this Privacy Notice was updated and/or any modification was made.
